That Holiday trip can be a Reality now!
Kevin had just been back from work and too from a especially tough one. He wanted to relax a bit before getting ready to take his family out for a weekend dinner. He didn't want any thing to disturb him because he then wouldn't have the energy left to take his family out. Samantha had been looking up to this evening for the whole of the last 20 days. So he just crashed on the couch to take a quick nap but before going closing his eyes he noticed some advertisement brochures. Hmmm he thought must have been Samantha's.
He was woken up by his deep slumber by the noises being created by their children. Samantha was trying to get them ready for the dinner. Samantha strolled towards him and the first thing that she uttered was about some brochures that he was carrying in his hands. Now this seemed to spell trouble for Kevin because Samantha was in a very persuasive mood indicating that she was up to something. Samantha wanted them to go on a holiday during the Christmas season. Kevin this was impossible and so did Samantha because of their tight financial position but even then Samantha kept on insisting about the trip. Samantha wanted then to go to Cyprus because a friend of hers had just been back from Cyprus after spending her holidays with her husband over there. Kevin knew that he will have to fall back on some sort of loan to arrange this thing and that would take time. But Samantha said that Homeowner loans would take care of the finances.
Homeowner loans were a new thing for Kevin, like most people, and he didn't have a clue about them, but Samantha had sorted every thing out it seemed. He thrust the brochures in Kevin hands and asked him to read those aloud so that there was no confusion regarding the arrangements that they had to make. Kevin started reading out those brochures and was really amazed to learn that the only thing asked of him really, was to bring forth the proof that he was the owner of a house. This intrigued him to read even further and upon doing so he was relieved to know that even people who don't have great credit ratings were eligible for these homeowner loans. Another facilitating factor was the tenure of the loans. He had complete authority to decide the duration of the loan, which would give him the freedom of paying back the loan at his own pace.
Kevin could see the changing expression on Samantha's elated face; she had started smiling on seeing the smile that had crept on Kevin's face. Kevin felt that he had already started feeling the beauty of Cyprus because he was sure that with such easy to mange terms and conditions he would be able to secure the homeowner loans loan and more importantly manage it without any Hassle.
